8 plum tomatoes
half a cucumber
1 medium onion
350g of grated mature cheese (Cathedral Cheese)
mayonnaise
black pepper
bread
step 1 cut baby tomatoes in to chunks
step 2 slice cucumber into chunks
step 3 dice onion
step 4 mix all ingredients together add pepper to taste
