4 cherry tomatoes
200g prawns
few slices of cucumber cut into chunks
20g of hard cheese cut into small chunks
Colman’s rose Marie seafood sauce
one baby gem lettuce
pinch of paprika for decoration
step 1 cut baby tomatoes into small chunks
step 2 cut sliced cucumber into small chunks
step 3 wash and cut baby gem lettuce into strips
step 4 place prawns into a bowl of cold water to defrost
step 5 cut hard cheese into small chunks
step 6 wen prawns are defrosted add seafood sauce
step 7 coat prawns with the sauce
add tomatoes,cucumber,lettuce,prawns, cheese to glass
sprinkle with paprika serve with warm crusty roll and butter
