300g fusilli pasta
6 pork sausages
2 leeks
350g grated mature cheese ( cathedral cheese )
1oz plain flour
1oz butter
1 pint of milk
oil
step 1 brown sausages in a little oil for 12 to 15 mins over medium heat
step 2 melt butter in to pan
step 3 remove pan from heat add flour mix well
step 4 add small amout of milk return to heat once warmed through mix well
step 5 repeat until all milk has been used
step 6 add grated cheese return to heat mix until cheese has melted
step 7 cut leeks boil until soft remove and drain well
step 8 add fusilli pasta to a pan of boiling water cook until soft and drain
step 9 cut sausages into chunks add to cheese sauce with leeks and pasta mix well
serve and enjoy (one of my childrens favourite recipes )
