garlic and camembert farmhouse loaf to share

1 large farmhouse uncut loaf of bread

250g of camembert or brie cheese

200g of unsmoked back bacon

150g of butter

2 teaspoons of garlic puree

step 1 cut the centre out of the farmhouse loaf, set aside

step 2 melt butter in pan add garlic puree remove from heat

step 3 coat the inside of the empty loaf with the melted butter mix

step 4 chop bacon and fry

step 5 fill empty loaf with torn up cheese sprinkle inside with bacon

step 6 take the centre of the loaf cut into 1 inch squares

step 7 return the centre of the loaf coat well with garlic butter

step 8 preheat oven to 160c place bread on to tray cook for 15 to 20 mins until crispy

serve and enjoy warm
