stilton chicken kiev with herby butter potatoes meal for two

2 skinless chicken breasts

200g stilton cheese

300g breadcrumbs

2 eggs

50g plain flour

600g baby potatoes

50g butter

pinch of mixed herbs

step 1 cut a hole in both chicken breast taking care not to cut right through

step 2 mix stilton and butter together in a bowl

step 3 stuff chicken breasts with stilton mix and put aside

step 4 whisk eggs and place flour onto plate repeat with breadcrumbs

step 5 take chicken breasts and coat in flour then eggs and breadcrumbs

step 6 boil potatoes for 20 to 25 mins until soft drain and put aside

step 7 warm a little oil in frying pan place chicken breasts in

step 8 cook evenly on all sides for 3 to 5 mins

step 9 place in oven on 180c for 20 to 25 mins

step 10 place butter and herbs into pan and melt add potatoes warm up
